Pancakes Recipe

Hey guys! I was craving pancakes today, so I decided to make some AND share our family recipe with you. :) Enjoy your pancakes!
What you'll need:
- two measuring beakers
- a large mixing bowl
- a whisk
- a pancake-pan

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of water
- four medium eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 5 grams of vanillin sugar
- two tablespoons of sugar
- 250-280 grams of flour
- two tablespoons of sunflower oil
- two tablespoons of olive oil

Making the pancakes:
1. Boil water and pour into a measuring beaker.
2. Mix four eggs and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
3. Add the vanillin sugar and two tablespoons if sugar to the mixture and continue stirring it.
4. Pour in the water (which should be a bit warmer than room temperature, but colder than boiling water) and stir with the whisk.
5. Add the 250-280 grams of flour and mix until the consistency is smooth, but not watery.
How your mixture should look now:
6. Pour in both oils and mix. Then cover the bowl with paper and let the pancake mix rest for 30 minutes.
7. Pour a bit of cooking oil into the frying pan.
8. Fry the pancakes in the pan.
Et voila! Your pancakes are finished. Serve them with whatever you like and enjoy. :) I always overindulge in honey and sugar..oops. :D

Vintage Decoration Idea

Where are the plans we made for two? Well, I didn't make any plans, because I reject most guys. Heartless muahaha. No, actually, I'm at a pay phone trying to call home, all of my change I spent on you..
Anyway, that is one of my favorite songs at the moment.
So what I really wanted to tell you was that one of my best friends always (ALWAYS!) crumples up all of her papers. She does that to create a cool, vintage look. She writes song lyrics, poems, quotes, etc. on paper, with pretty, colorful, cutesy pens. She then crumples up her paper until it is all soft and pretty. You can use the vintage looking paper as bookmarks, posters, and decoration.
I will put up a bunch of my favorite songs by MIKA, Maroon 5, and The All American Rejects on my walls. You can frame the paper using some sort of colored tape, it's Japanese and easy to remove, but I forgot the name, sorry! Hope you liked this deco idea, I sure did. xoxo Marethyu

Nail Art DIY - Glitter polish.

We all know glitter polishes spice up the plain, monotone colored nail, but did you know that you can do some creative (and super stylish!) designs using glitter polishes? Here come some designs to serve you as inspiration.
First, you will need polish of any color to serve as the background (although the natural nail looks awesome too), I used OPI's Suzi & The Lifeguard, an assortment of glitter polishes, I used OPI's Serving Up Sparkle and Jafra's Love Affair, and a dotting tool (alternatively you could use bobby pins).
Nail Polishes I used.
Design 1. Bejeweled crust.
This is how it'll look.
1) Start applying nail polish just a little higher than the center of your nail, and fill in the top half your nail.
2) Use a little bit of polish and tip a triangular, lightly sparkly, design on the bottom half of your nail.

Design 2. Accent tips.
The final look.
1) Use the tip of your nail polish brush to apply glitter to the tips of your nail.
2) Apply more glitter if needed.
Or use a dotting tool to apply the polish on the tip of your nail.

Design 3. Simplicity.
1) Just pull a streak of polish, either horizontally of vertically, to create some bling without drawing too much attention.

The final look!
I applied silver and red glitter polish to my ring finger to set an accent. This is all, hope you had fun and found some inspiration. xoxo Marethyu
Ps. This would look great for Valentine's day!
